Unicef, Open and 2CV win ‘Most Powerful Insight using Data Analysis’ at the 2018 Insight in Fundraising Awards

2CV are proud to announce our recent win with Unicef and Open Creates at the annual Insight in Fundraising Awards.  We were thrilled to be shortlisted for this award with five other exceptional nominees, all of whom do phenomenal work in the charity sector. This win is a great achievement for our Social Practice who have been steadily building up their expertise in the charity sector for the past 10 years.

2CV partnered with Unicef and Open Creates in Sept 2017, who were well ahead of the game in understanding the challenges to maintaining a supporter database that GDPR represented.  Qual and quant researchers from 2CV's Social Practice worked closely with Open to establish the best forms and channels of communication so that Open could develop a clear strategy for asking Unicef supporters to give explicit consent. 

While GDPR might not be everyone's favourite subject, working with Unicef and Open made the subject fascinating and we're proud to have been involved in helping such an important charity keep close ties with the people who support it.
