Our values
2CV is built around a series of values which begins with PEOPLE FIRST, ALWAYS. We look after our people, then our people take care of the business. What does this mean? It means that when decisions are made, they are guided by what is best for 2CVers rather than what makes business metrics look good in the short term. It means life comes first.
Our other values are TRANSPARENCY, ENGAGEMENT, TOGETHERNESS and AUTONOMY. At 2CV, we buy in, all in. We are open and honest, we pull together towards a common goal, and we trust each other to get the job done.
Our work is valued, it’s a product of great people doing great research. As a result, our clients enjoy working with us, and we enjoy our jobs. And beyond that we give back through our charity partnership with SHP (link), our work as coaches with Future Frontiers (link), our Net Zero status and efforts towards Net Negative.
We also understand that lots of agencies say things like this, the difference at 2CV? We live it.
