Our values
We’re people first. Always. Our people are our greatest asset, and you’ll regularly hear reference to the ‘2CV family’. Our culture is built on support and respect, and plenty of fun along the way! We’re open and honest. We pull together towards our common goals. We trust each other to get the job done.
Looking after our people means, in turn, that they take care of our business. What does this mean? It means that we put 2CVers at the heart of decision-making. We think about what’s best for them in the long-term and try to avoid focusing on what makes business metrics look good in the short-term. It means life comes first.
Our work is valued, it’s a product of great people doing great research. As a result, our clients enjoy working with us, and we enjoy working with them.
We want working at 2CV to be more than just a job. We were one of the first agencies to introduce a Menopause, Pregnancy and Loss policy. Around a third of our team have mental health first aid training, more than one in five work flexible hours and, on average, staff stay with 2CV more than 10 years.
We know it can be the small things that count too – from the ‘thank you’ cupboard to the monthly ‘Spirit of 2CV’ awards. And you only need to take a look at our LinkedIn page to see the variety of CSR activities the team engage in: from charity skydives to cake baking!
The difference at 2CV? We don’t just say it, we live it.
